Buffets & Galas
A poorly conceived buffet exhausts guests before they have eaten. Rahal Maître Traiteur thinks through every buffet in terms of circulation, visual legibility and the succession of flavours. Stations are positioned to avoid queuing. The height of the presentations is considered. The eye eats before the mouth, and the House has understood this since 1946.
The culinary register of a buffet adapts to the client. Traditional Moroccan, international, Mediterranean fusion: the House imposes no formula. It listens to the nature of the event, the origin of the guests, the dietary requirements, and composes accordingly. Allergens are identified and communicated with rigour.
The service of a buffet is as demanding as that of a seated dinner. The House's teams maintain dishes at temperature, renew the presentations without visible interruption, and keep the room in impeccable order throughout the event. Guests do not see this work. That is precisely the objective.
