2. Data collected

Through the contact form: full name, telephone, email (if provided), type of event, intended date (if provided), number of guests (if provided), intended location (if provided) and message. No other data are collected without your knowledge.

3. Purpose

These data are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the House and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

4. Recipients

Your data are passed to the teams of Rahal Maître Traiteur responsible for your enquiry, as well as to its technical sub-processors (see section 5). The House neither sells nor rents your data to third parties.

5. Sub-processors and transfers outside Morocco

To operate the website and contact form, the House uses the following technical service providers. These operations may involve a transfer of data to the European Union, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the House and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

• Vercel Inc. (United States, processing region: Paris cdg1, European Union) — website hosting and server-side functions.
• Brevo SAS (France, European Union) — delivery of transactional contact-notification emails.
• Upstash Inc. (United States, processing in the European Union) — request-rate limiting, used solely for anti-abuse protection.
• Cloudflare Inc. (United States, global network) — Turnstile anti-bot protection service, activated when the contact form is submitted.

No data are transferred to these providers for any purpose other than those described above. The House ensures that each provider offers appropriate data-protection guarantees.

6. Retention

Your data are kept for a maximum period of three years from the date of last contact, then securely deleted or anonymised. This period reflects the typical timeframe for an event project and is consistent with CNDP guidance.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@rahalmaitretraiteur.com.

8. Cookies

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (anti-spam protection of the contact form). No advertising tracking cookie is used.

Audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, in anonymised mode) are placed only after your explicit consent, gathered through the dedicated banner and revocable at any time. The Contact page also embeds a Google Maps map, which may place its own cookies when loaded. Full details appear in our cookie policy.

9. Security

The House implements appropriate measures to protect your data. As no transmission over the internet is entirely secure, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
